We look for individuals with a foundational understanding of their chosen track (Engineering, Design, or Product) and a strong desire to solve educational challenges in Africa.
The FlexiSAF Internship Program typically runs for 6 months. This is split into two phases: a 3-month intensive learning and bootcamp phase hosted on the Distinction Enterprise platform, followed by a 3-month immersion phase where you work on live production projects within our engineering teams.
Yes, FlexiSAF provides a monthly stipend to all interns to cover data costs and logistics. We believe in compensating talent as they learn and contribute to our mission of reinventing education through technology.
Absolutely. Upon successful completion of the program and your final project, you will receive a co-branded digital certificate from FlexiSAF and Distinction Enterprise. This certificate is verified and can be shared directly on your LinkedIn profile or with future employers.
The FIP is primarily a hybrid program. The initial training phase is fully remote via the Distinction platform. During the immersion phase, interns located in or near Abuja may be invited to work from our physical headquarters for mentorship, while remote options remain available for those in other regions.
